After my first birth, despite all the love and support from my husband, life got tough, for both of us! My mother died when I was young and we have no family in London and so we naturally reached out for support. That support taught me the value of making my own choices and I now want to pass on that positive experience to other postnatal families. I’ve trained with The Birth Bliss Academy and Younique Postnatal, taking their Twins and More, Postnatal Planning and Reflux workshops.
